Important Notice: We deliver only in Eire. We must have a manned address to facilitate your delivery . Delivery on most items will take 1-3 days . Someone must be there to sign for them. Delivery is Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm. We cannot leave the package without a signature .The package will not be delivered to an alternative address if you are not in. We can only supply one address to the courier . If you miss the courier they will reattempt the following working day, if you miss the second attempt the parcel will come back to us where you will be charged for the couriers charges. If the parcel gets returned to us because you are not in we get charged 15.00euro from the couriers to return item, you will be charged for this.

We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. if these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays
and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery dates we cannot be held responsible for any loss or costs incurred as a result of failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times. Please check for any shortages or damages to your delivery and if possible inform us within 48 hours of delivery .Provided that this notice is given we will arrange to collect ,replace , repair or refund the goods free of charge. All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available or out of stock we will try to offer an alternative otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund. Under the consumer protection regulations(distance selling) you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods , if you wish to avail of this please write , fax or email us stating your details invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 7 days after you recieve your order. You have a legal duty of care to take care of the goods. you must return the goods unmarked and ready for resale at your own expence to our address above. If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers and any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods less any costs to collect goods within 30 days of reciept of notice of cancellation.
